All garments are carefully inspected before dispatch.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate and entered in English.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or phone.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after dispatch.
International customers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any local charges.
If customs duties are refused or a package is not collected, the shipment may be destroyed or disposed of by the carrier and will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item arrives damaged due to shipping, or
The shipment is missing items due to an error on our end.

To request a return or exchange, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at gulsohrab.studio@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Returned items must be:

Unused and unworn
In their original condition
Returned with all tags and original packaging

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.
